Isac “Acougueiro” Chaves began training Jiu-Jitsu with Professor Josef “Ze Cobra” Manuel in February of 2006. He is a very active, dedicated & decorated competitor who also has won various tournaments throughout the tri-state area notably the 2010 No-Gi Panamericans of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Following his instructor’s footsteps, Isac is constantly challenging & preparing himself on the battle field of competition to become a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champion. On March 19, 2009, along side of his instructor Isac had the pleasure of training soldiers from the United States Army where he was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Army Combatives Level 1. After extensive testing, certification and elite level competition under Professor Manuel’s supervision, Isac has qualified and been approved to run beginner, intermediate & advanced classes at CEBJJ where he shares and teaches techniques that have made him a such a successful champion.
